Reese Witherspoon’s Shiner!

It’s a dangerous world the world of movie making, as many actors will attest too, such as Brandon Lee who died as one of the scenes of The Crow was being filmed, Bruce Lee’s son, was shot and killed by a prop .44 Magnum, Brad Pitt tore his left Achilles tendon during shooting of Troy and Steve Irwin who worked with crocodiles, was stung to death by a stingray while filming Ocean’s Deadliest.

So it comes as no surprise that Reese Witherspoon is sporting a shiner of a black eye during the shooting of her latest, so far unnamed movie, with Jack Nicholson, Owen Wilson and Paul Rudd, as she returned to California from Philadelphia this week.

The actress, 33, who divorced Ryan Philippe two years ago has been dating fellow actor 28 year old Jake Gyllenhaal for the past two years.

No reason has been given for the black eye, but one can only hope that it occurred on the set and not at home!
