Nicole may not be friends with Paris Hilton, but she's got all the love and support she needs from what one of the cutest celeb families around!

Shawne Merriman Sues Tila Tequila Over Myriad Lies

Just a few months ago, before she got (possibly fake) engaged to Casey Johnson, Tila Tequila was dating San Diego Chargers linebacker Shawne Merriman.

That relationship ended after an altercation at Merriman's house, in which Tila claims she was assaulted, but Merriman says he was merely protecting her.

She was plastered, he maintains, and he tried to keep a nude Tila Tequila from driving home drunk after turning down his generous offer to join a foursome.

The police did not charge Shawne, due to lack of evidence, which enraged Tila. She's suing Shawne for battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress.

Now the NFL star is suing back, claiming she's lying about what happened just to ruin his career ... and is also infringing upon his trademarked logo. Really.

Shawne Merriman says Tila Tequila is defaming him out of spite.

In his lawsuit, Merriman claims Tila lied when she said he "choked and attacked" her, "sleeps with minors and forces them to take drugs," and makes drugs at home.

Shawne claims in court docs that Tila Tequila admitted her lying scheme, even stating, "yes that is why I did a 'spin' now ... cuz now everyone is LOVINGGGG me."

We don't know what happened that night, nor do we necessarily believe Shawne. But Tila Tequila lying to get attention? Not exactly a huge stretch.

Merriman isn't only suing for defamation, either. He says Tila is also guilty of trademark infringement by using his quasi-famous "Lights Out" logo on her website.

The player also claims Tila's accusations screwed up a deal he was about to sign to produce a line of T-shirts for Walmart and says she interfered with his contract.

Rachel Uchitel Wonders What STDs Tiger Woods Has

Tiger Woods may have been falling in love with Rachel Uchitel, but he certainly wasn't exclusive with her, and his #1 mistress is totally freaking out.

According to reports, she flipped after learning just how many women are claiming to have had sex with the golf star - and unprotected sex at that.

The NYC club promoter told friends that she can't believe how many mistresses he had and will be screened for sexually transmitted diseases ASAP.

Safe to say Rachel's smart to make that decision. Other women who slept with Woods - i.e. half the human population - should probably follow suit.

Sources close to her say Rachel Uchitel, whose affair with Tiger led to the fight with his wife that led to the car crash that exposed the scandal, is particularly upset that Tiger allegedly slept with two porn stars, and is looking to take precautions.

Probably a good idea.

Yesterday, we told you that Holly Sampson bragged about doing Woods, although she said he used protection ... at least their first time. Jaimee Grubbs and Mindy Lawton have gone on record saying that Tiger was a regular Lil Wayne, however.

Barack Obama Accepts Nobel Peace Prize

Amid controversy at home and abroad, U.S. President Barack Obama was in Oslo, Norway today to receive the Nobel Peace Prize he won back in October.

The announcement of his award was met with both great praise and criticism, which the President addressed today in his Nobel Prize acceptance speech:

"I receive this honor with deep gratitude and humility."

"This is an award that speaks to our highest aspirations - that for all the cruelty and hardship of our world, we are not mere prisoners of fate. Our actions matter, and can bend history in the direction of justice."

"And yet I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the considerable controversy that your generous decision has generated. In part, this is because I am at the beginning, and not the end, of my labors on the world stage."

Is Barack Obama too unproven or just plain unworthy of the Nobel Prize? Or should he take his award as a vote of confidence and call to action from the world?

The President, whose wife was just named the most fascinating person of 2009, has come under fire for receiving the Nobel as a relative novice on the global stage.

He was inaugurated not even 11 months ago - as well as his particular brand of leadership has sparked great debate over whether he truly deserves this honor.

Reactions also seem to be falling along ideological lines, with the most specific critiques of Obama centering on his simultaneous attempts to balance widespread initiatives for peace while escalating the war in Afghanistan.

Lindsay Lohan: Topless, Desperate Muse

It's hard to say what Lindsay Lohan is going for here.

Actually, we have a pretty good idea. She's trying resurrect her career, or at least make some money to pay the mortgage, by getting naked or darn close.

Not that we blame her. In fact the Muse magazine spread she recently posed for is pretty hot, albeit a little nonsensical. But we just don't see it working ...

Lindsay Lohan is one seductive, artsy muse. Kind of.

Earlier this week, we posted some Muse pictures that were pretty racy. Today's batch goes well beyond that. Think Lindsay topless, in the throes of passion with some poor sap and involved in guy-on-guy-on-girl threesome action.

Muse might call itself artistic, but we might choose another word (it starts with a p) if these Lindsay Lohan pictures are indicative of what it's going for.

A Prince Michael Jackson (Blanket) Sighting!

It used to be extremely rare when his privacy-obsessed (and world famous) father was still alive, but Prince Michael Jackson II, more commonly known as Blanket, has been seen out and about a lot lately, as have his older siblings.

Seven-year-old Blanket's biological mother is still unknown, and the father of his older sibs Paris and Prince Michael I has also been called into question.

Regardless, there's no question that they were the children of Michael Jackson in the true sense - he loved them more than life and raised them so well.

Tragic as his death was, Michael's mom Katherine and the rest of his family have given the kids a terrific support system. Here's hoping they keep it up!

Josh Duhamel and Fergie: So Happy Together

In the grand scheme of celebrity scandals, the slew of stripper rumors that plagued Fergie and Josh Duhamel in October-November seem pretty minor.

Thank you, Tiger Woods!

Duhamel, who was accused of cheating on Fergie with Nicole Forrester, was by his wife's side at the Los Angeles premiere of her new musical movie Nine.

It was their first red carpet appearance since Duhamel allegedly nailed the stripper - which Nicole insists happened, Josh denies and Fergie calls nonsense.

If things were anything but delightful between them, you wouldn't know ...

Before stepping onto the red carpet, Fergie walked across the street to sign autographs for fans. Peeps also shouted for Duhamel, but he stayed back.

Once on the carpet, they posed arm-in-arm for cameras. After a few minutes, they made their way in as Josh planted a small kiss on Fergie's forehead.

As you can see, Fergie's body was slamming last night in a black minidress and heels (from her own shoe collection, even). All we can say? Damn, girl.
